AutoIndex PHP Script

I'm running auto index 2.2.4. I have to problems I would like to solve. The first one is when a user is filling out a form on the web page, if they press enter or click submit it will automatically send the for to be processed and delivered. What I would like to do is when they press enter or click submit, a window or page will ask if they want to submit the form or they can go back to make corrections. If they select submit, the form is processed. If they select no, it will take them back to the form they were filling out.

The second is every user has an ID number which is used to log on to the site to fill out the form. When they submit the form, I have it processed and sent as an email to one person whom logs it. I would like to have a copy of the form sent to the user that filled out the form. The users do not have there emails attached to there user ID's. I have no idea how to go about doing this.
