Hi there !!!

i use files and folders with russian names written in windows-1251 charsets!
I can't use utf because uploading will show not understanding letters Sad

where i need to change, and does this good idea to remake script from UTF-8 to windows-1251 !?

or i need upload it as 1251 then use sime encode scripts, to convert win2utf letters......
